We currently offer private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, drums, violin and other strings, woodwinds, and brass. Our school year runs from August to July. (Please see our school calendar for completed details regarding days of operation and holiday schedule). Enrollment is always open for all private lessons. All lessons are once per week, unless otherwise specified. Students will have many opportunities to participate in recitals and other special events and programs throughout the year. At the end of the year, each studio will hold their own recitals were specials awards will be given to the students from their instructors.
Lesson length and price range for each (depending on the instructor):
30 minutes Starting at $92.00 per month
45 minutes Starting at $150.00 per month
1 hour Starting at $182.00 per month
There will be a $30.00 registration fee charged for each class enrolled.
~ Chess
The
ultimate game of strategy and conflict is widely acclaimed as having a
positive effect on young students’ grades and social development. Will
cover piece movement, endgame, opening, middle games tactics and
strategy. Private instruction will be taught by Avguste Antonov, an
experienced trainer and participant competitive chess in both the United
States and France.
Chess (private lesson) 30 Min $75.00
Chess (partner lesson) 45 Min $160.00 ($80/student)
Avguste Antonov’s passion for music is infectious. Originally from Bulgaria, he began studying piano age 5. At the age of 11, he moved to France where he studied at the prestigious private school Ecole Normale de Paris and at the Conservatoire National de Region de Bordeaux. Following his stay in Bordeaux, Mr. Antonov followed his parents to the United States. He studied at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, University of Kansas, where he received a Bachelor of Music in Piano, and Texas Christian University, where he received a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance. He studied under Professor Stanislav Loudenitch, 2001 co-winner of the Van Cliburn Piano Competition. Mr. Antonov is a lifetime member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, College Music Society and the Rachmaninoff Society. He is also a featured pianist for the Piano Society. His students enjoy his energy and enthusiasm and benefit from his vast knowledge and experience.
